Spider-Manis a fictional character and a superhero that appears in comic books published by Marvel and Comics. It was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy number 15 in August 1962. Lee and Ditko conceived it as an orphan raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May.

Spiderman sometime within the comic and Superboy defeated precisely during the course of crossover Marvel vs. DC, so the absence of revenge, the choice is clear: Peter Parker wears the belt featherweight champion by defeating easily the Superman clone, so the hombre araña always will be the winner in the world of Marvel Comics.
