Green Arrow (in Spanish: flecha verde)  is an archer who invents arrows with various functions, such as sticky, network, explosive, pump time, firefighting, the flash, the tear gas, cryogenic, boxing glove and even a kryptonite. Originally, many of the qualities of Green Arrow are very similar to those of Batman. As the Dark Knight, Green Arrow is a billionaire who has dedicated his life to fighting crime to eradicate in his hometown, known as Star City. Is also proficient in various forms of combat, including judo, karate and kickboxing. Master martial arts has the ability to deal with up to seven opponents in combat. It is also a good with a sword but is not their favored weapon. In addition to these skills, he is an experienced pilot.

In 1970, he joined Green Arrow Green Lantern adventures in a series of high social content.
