In an effort to fill the gap left by the death of Superman at the hands of Doomsday, John Henry Irons using their expertise in ballistics, devised a steel suit which fights crime in the slums of Metropolis. Since the return of Superman, Irons moved to Washington DC where as steel, urban problems confronting their new home.
